Did you know that often about 90% of total brand sales are still generated through traditional retail channels? However, what we notice in today’s e-commerce landscape, is that large organisations often think about their sales channels instead of the consumer who is moving across these channels. The reality is that the consumer does’t care about the channels! We live in a reality where customers do not follow a pre-defined customer journey.
The irony is that brands invest a lot of money in their digital operations, e-commerce, fulfilment, branding, digital marketing and more, but what usually happens is that the sale is attributed to the click. But often, that is just the end result!
